1. About the service

Wedding Studio is operated by Хендекс ЕООД, Company ID 208780173. office@hoskay.com is the contact for contractual questions. The service is intended for adults organising one wedding.

The website is currently a private working project. Customer registration and payments are not open. Listed paid packages describe the forthcoming service; browsing and the sample editor do not create a paid order.

2. Packages and pricing

• Free: €0.00 — Start simply. Bring your first ideas together.
• Premium: €39.00 — Personal invitations, an organised day and shared photos.
• Ultimate: €79.00 — Everything in Premium, with freedom over every detail.

Prices are final, in euros, include applicable VAT and are charged once per wedding. There is no automatic monthly subscription. Ready-made invitations allow editing of text, RSVP questions and photos. The full editor is included only in the personalised package.

The QR gallery is included in both photo packages: 5 GB total storage, up to 2000 photos and up to 10 MB per processed file. Videos are not accepted. Photos uploaded through the page are optimised; the service is not an archive of original files.

3. Ordering and activation

Once sales open, you will choose a package, review a summary and confirm payment. Access is provided after verified payment, not merely after returning from a payment page. Wedding details are added afterwards; undecided details can be postponed. Request invoice information at office@hoskay.com.

4. Invitation and photo retention period

For the forthcoming paid packages, invitations and wedding photos will be retained for up to 6 months after the wedding date. Save any photos and data you need on your own device before this period ends. Automatic access expiry and deletion under this policy are being prepared before the paid service opens; the current private working project does not automatically delete data by date.

If the date is not known, choose “We'll add this later” and confirm it before using the paid workspace for the actual event. Date changes and their effect on the term are agreed with the team. The platform does not promise lifetime storage.

5. Your content and sharing

You are responsible for accurate details and the right to upload text, photos and images. Do not upload unlawful content, third-party documents or personal data without a lawful basis. Do not share your account password.

The upload link and QR code allow photos to be added to the specific gallery. A separate viewing link shows approved photos when the gallery is published. Anyone receiving a shared link may forward it. Pause uploads or change links when needed.

6. Availability, issues and changes

You need internet access and a modern browser. For technical issues, write to office@hoskay.com. We will assist in resolving any lack of conformity; statutory rights to repair, price reduction or termination remain applicable. Changes to the terms will be published with a date and will not remove statutory rights already acquired. Paid service terms are provided before purchase.

7. Additional products and cancellation

Figurines and engraved QR signs are separate additional products. Production, final price and delivery are agreed before a separate order. Cancellation rights and complaints are described in the refund policy.
