Delivery policy

1. Digital delivery

The invitation, planner and included photo storage are online services. They involve no courier, physical parcel or delivery fee. Once sales open, account access will be provided after verified payment and activation of the relevant package. If there is an issue, contact office@hoskay.com.

2. Publishing and service term

Creating a design and publishing the invitation are separate actions. Before sharing a link with guests, check the content, date and visibility. External access to the current private working project is still restricted by the hosting platform's sign-in.

For the forthcoming paid packages, invitations and wedding photos will be retained for up to 6 months after the wedding date. Save any photos and data you need on your own device before this period ends. Automatic access expiry and deletion under this policy are being prepared before the paid service opens; the current private working project does not automatically delete data by date.

3. Figurines and engraved QR signs

These products are presented as optional extras and are not ordered automatically with a digital package. Production, reference photo or wording, lead time, address, courier and delivery price are agreed before a separate order. Physical product ordering is not currently active through this website, and no specific production time has been promised.

4. External shop

If you place an order at hoskay.com, check the stated seller and their delivery and returns terms before paying. A link from this platform does not itself constitute an order.
